1. If returns are possible, they must be within 30-days of delivery.
2. If returns are possible, advanced approval and authorization must be obtained.Otherwise, the return will be refused.
3. If returns are possible, there can be anywhere from a 15-50% restocking fee, depending upon the manufacturer/supplier.
4. The customer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping fees.

Foreign orders (outside of the continental USA) must be accepted by the customer from the shipping carrier.Items not accepted by the customer will be treated as abandoned orders with no return or refund possible.Any possible returns must be approved and authorized in advance.Any possible return shipping will be paid by the customer.
6. There are no returns on special order, custom, or fabricated parts.
7. There are no returns on opened, or damaged parts from improper use, or installation.
8. If returns are possible, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in advance.
