All BBK Dodge Truck, Jeep throttle bodies are designed to increase airflow and improve horsepower from between 7-12 HP depending on vehicle and application. Note: This throttle body will only fit the 4.7 that utilizes the J-Tek PCM that is identified by the three PCM plugs.If the PCM has 4 plugs, it is an NGC PCM and it will not fit.
